Please read carefully before ordering. By completing checkout, you confirm you understand and agree to all terms below, including our ALL SALES FINAL policy.

StarGirlHairCo does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds/store credit for any reason. Please double-check your cart, hair specs, and shipping address before submitting payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Not Accepted)

For hygiene and product integrity, StarGirlHairCo does NOT accept returns or exchanges—EVER.

  • We do not accept returns for “didn’t like it,” “changed my mind,” “ordered the wrong item,” or “not what I expected.”
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after processing begins.
  • All hair, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, accessories, and beauty items are included in this policy.
Tip: If you’re unsure about length/texture/color, message us before purchasing.

REFUNDS (Not Offered)

StarGirlHairCo does NOT issue refunds. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier.
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • Failure to read product descriptions, processing times, or policies.
  • Hair shedding/tangling due to improper maintenance, chemical processing, or heat damage.
If there is a true issue with what you received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos + your order number so we can review.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your package is handed to the courier, delivery estimates are controlled by the courier.

  • Tracking will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • StarGirlHairCo is NOT responsible for courier delays, weather delays, or peak season delays.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a package is marked “delivered” but you don’t have it, you must contact the courier to open a claim/investigation.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address (home you can monitor, workplace, or a location with secure mail handling).

WRONG ADDRESS / ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address:

  • If your order has NOT shipped yet, contact us immediately—changes are not guaranteed.
  • If your order has shipped, you must contact the courier to request reroute/hold (if available).
  • If a package is delivered to the address provided, StarGirlHairCo is NOT liable.
Wrong address = customer responsibility. Please verify: street number, unit number, city, state, and zip.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks filed without contacting StarGirlHairCo first will be treated as policy evasion and may be considered fraudulent.

  • We submit order documentation, tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to the payment processor.
  • Customers who file chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
  • False claims (unauthorized purchase, non-delivery when tracking shows delivered, etc.) will be disputed.
If you need help, contact us first—most issues can be resolved faster than a dispute.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Information collected at checkout is used to process orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

  • We do NOT sell your personal information.
  • We only share info with services needed to run the store (payment processors, shipping carriers, and Shopify-related services).
  • Emails/SMS are used for order updates and marketing only if you opt in.
